Top tips - With summer hopefully on the way you need to start thinking about protecting your skin with an SPF, Sun protection factor. In fact you really should be using this all year round. Save on the amount of products you need and opt for a moisturiser that contains SPF, and look for a min of SPF15. SPF will protect your skin from the harmful UV rays that can lead to premature ageing, pigmentation and worst of all skin cancers. Look for the addition of antioxidants in your skincare, such as Vitamins A, C and E. Antioxidants will neutralise damage occuring in the skin, or in simple terms act as anti ageing ingredients. SPF + Antioxidants = youthful skin. Avoid the use of sun-beds, these are very damaging and ageing to the skin. Try applying a self tan or visit the salon for a professional spray tan.
